Protected species
A Fisheries Order protects marine turtles, whales, porpoises, dolphins, conchs, helmet shells, bonnet shells, netted olive shells, Bermuda cone shells, scallops, Atlantic pearl oyster, calico clams, West Indian top shells and coral of all types. Please do not collect these protected species.
Spear fishing
No spear fishing whatsoever is permitted within one mile of any shore. An aqua lung may not be used to spear fish. A spear gun may not be used at any time. Only pole spears are permitted.
