Bermuda has approximately 3,400 rooms, ranging from full-service resorts to more intimate cottage colonies.
Restaurants
From simple and inexpensive to elegant and specialty dining, Bermuda has more than 150 restaurants. Although some restaurants vary, most open at 11 am weekdays, noon Saturdays. Enjoy a fine selection of restaurants offering formal to casual dining to fit any visitor?s budget.
Shopping
Cashmeres of Scotland, British tweeds, Irish Linens, Italian leather, Belgian lace and fine crystal and jewellery can all be found on Bermuda at competitive prices with no sales tax added. The island also carries a plethora of local crafts and art.
Stores generally are open Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm and are closed on legal holidays. Visitors from the US may make duty free purchases up to $800 after 48 hours. Most shops will pack breakable purchases for travel or overseas shipping.
